Gender Strategy and Action Plan for ANDE with guidelines that favor gender equity, female labor participation and the elimination of gender gaps in the electricity sector. DISABILITIES: (i) minimize the physical barriers that users face when making use of the services provided by it; (ii) provision of ramps with the appropriate slope to provide accessibility centers for people who require the use of wheelchairs; (iii) provision of soundtracks for people with limited vision; (iv) the width of doors and corridors to allow all people to pass through; (v) meet the conditions required bath surfaces and other areas of small dimensions so as not to limit mobility; (vi) provide adequate height of elevator buttons, electrical switches, sanitary and furniture in general; (vi) lighting for people with people with hearing disabilities, among others.
