ENEE gender diagnostic: This process seeks to perform an analysis of the institution's situation in terms of female labor participation to define its level of participation in the sector, mainly in technical and leadership positions. Also, this diagnosis collects primary and secondary information to understand the supply and demand of the labor market in the sector and what are the barriers that women face to enter the company, specifically, and the sector, in a general way. Additionally, it will provide information on the degree of institutionalization of the gender approach (structures, practices, policies, personnel, etc.) that allow defining what gender gaps exist in the institution. This process will allow gathering information on what activities should be carried out within the institution to promote greater gender equality. 2. Analysis of a sample of ENEE projects: This process seeks to analyze a small sample of projects funded by ENEE to identify whether they have included a gender perspective and / or are having positive impacts on the lives of men and women of indirectly and directly. Thanks to this analysis, it will be possible to identify how the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation processes of the projects worked and if they consider the gender approach. Based on this information, it will be possible to analyze what activities need to be developed within the institution to promote greater gender equality and project sustainability.3. Gender Action Plan: Based on the information collected and analyzed in activities 1 and 2, a Gender Action Plan (PAG) will be developed for the ENEE. This PAG will identify specific actions with their respective managers, schedules and budgets, as well as indicators and goals that allow monitoring the progress of these actions in order to promote the inclusion of a gender approach in the institutions selected for the strategy. Some examples of the type of actions that this PAG could include are: 1) training workshops for employees of the institutions to mainstream gender in their projects; 2) gender goals that seek to promote greater female participation in technical and leadership positions within the ENEE; or 3) internship program for female students in scientific, engineering or technical careers related to the energy sector. It is expected that, through this PAG, ENEE can have a complete strategy that allows it to define and achieve clear gender objectives
