Gender action plan: (i) Review the hiring processes and transparency when choosing the best candidate
(ii) Conduct campaigns in primary, secondary and universities in both countries to promote more women interested in studying careers related to the energy sector, as well as promoting their interest in working in the sector; (iii) Promote that women remain in the workforce, including through the design of flexible job opportunities, mentoring and sponsorship programs, development and training professionals; (iv) Ensure that considerations to prevent violence are planned and mitigated, including, inter alia, sexual harassment during modernization and regular plant operation activities; (v) Develop appropriate information mechanisms for when gender violence occurs
