Promoting labor force participation of women in the project through:
- Review of the contract documents so that they do not include barriers that could deter the participation of women (for example, that the requirements to apply to work recognize the work experiences of women, although these are not formal such as experience working their lands);
- Organization of information meeting on job opportunities in communities promoting the participation of women (schedules that do not limit their participation, meetings in areas frequented by women, etc. are publicized).
