Inclusion of quota-incentives in bidding documents

Include, in bidding documents, incentives for the fulfillment of quotas for contractors, e.g., i) women/men quotas in technical work; ii) women/men quotas in supervision roles; iii) quotas for businesses led by women/men, providing goods and services to extractive businesses (catering, laundry services, etc.).
