The operation will support the design of incentives to reduce women's access barriers to non-traditional activities of the Sector, specifically the incorporation of women into the National Pilot Training Program promoted by the institutions of the transport sector. This action plan will be carried out in coordination with the emblematic program of Ciudad Mujer supported by the IDB, which will incorporate the gender vision and facilitate the dissemination and recruitment of students. Likewise, Ciudad Mujer will work in a coordinated and permanent manner with the new institutional framework of the sector, facilitating the implementation and monitoring of a framework cooperation and coordination agreement on gender and logistics.
