Include technical solutions in the construction work, relevant issues being: - safe and accessible pedestrian roads and crosswalks; - ample and paved platforms for pedestrians and non-motorized transport; - street lighting; - improvement of market facilities along roads.

Improve access to and use of rural roads, responding to women’s and men’s differentiated demands, having an effect on the increase of number of users and making the project feasible and sustainable.
