The project team hired a specialist and made a diagnosis of all ENDE Headquarters. The study concluded that the company demonstrates a willingness and commitment in relation to the issue of gender equity. The diagnosis made a series of recommendations for the creation of a gender equity policy, as well as proposes activities and tools for its execution in the short, medium and long term. It is proposed: elaboration of a diagnosis and proposal of an ENDE action plan, which promotes gender equity within the company's activities
