Focus campaign on available options for households on: - flexible payment terms; - provision of lighting technology, appliances, etc., to more vulnerable household/with irregular connections, e.g., female-headed households.

Indicators:

• P. # of designed awareness campaigns, about use of improved service and available options, aimed at vulnerable households (e.g. female-headed households)
• P. # of households benefitting from flexible payment terms/technology appliances, etc., disaggregating by male/female-headed households
• R. # of households with new or improved access to electric supply, disaggregating by male/female-headed households (CRF)
• R. # of households using the improved service, disaggregating by male/female-headed households

- Ensure effective use of improved service for households, especially those with the less access to information/resources, e.g., female-headed household. -Reduce commercial losses for the distribution company.
