• Include provision of technology to foster connection of irregular/more vulnerable households (e.g., female-headed households), e.g., provision of; - lighting technology; - appliances; - thermal conditioning and water heating solutions, etc. • Include flexible payment terms for improved service supply to more vulnerable households, e.g., female-headed households. Include, for instance: - on-credit installation; - appropriate tariffs, etc.

• P. # of flexible payment terms/mechanisms designed for female-headed households
• P. # of female/male-headed households benefited from flexible payment terms for improved service supply
• P. # of female/male-headed households provided with lighting technology, appliances and thermal conditioning and water heating solutions
• P/R. # of households with new or improved access to electric supply, disaggregating by male/female-headed households (CRF)
• R. Reduction of # of female/male-headed households with irregular connection

- Ensure access to improved service, especially for households with the least resources (e.g. female-headed households) and irregular connection. - Reduce commercial losses for the distribution company.
