Training on technical work

Include training: • such as electricians for residential installations. • on renewable energies generation for household and productive use (solar, biomass, etc.), and on domestic energy systems maintenance (photovoltaic panels). Consider establishing women's quotas. Include dissemination campaigns promoting participation of women and men. Link training to job-promotion national programs, e.g., job centers.
