Training on technology use and maintenance

Train men and women in the use and maintenance of installed technologies for energy efficiency/renewable energy. Aim training at those households with the least access to information/resources (e.g, female-headed households). In case of installation of technology in public buildings, include training for women and men as responsible for usage and maintenance of the installed technology.

Indicators:

• P. # of designed training about use and maintenance, which foster participation of women and men
• P. # of women/men trained to use energy-efficient technology/renewable energy
• P/R. # of households with new or improved access to electricity supply, disaggregating by male/female-headed households (CRF)
• R. # of female/male-headed households, which use energy-efficient technologies/renewable energy

- Ensure that female and male users may use the technology and provide for its maintenance, autonomously. - Ensure equal opportunities in training for women and men.
